Terms of use

This is an English translation of the Russian original. Where the two differ, the Russian text applies.

Dobudem is a set of online tools: analysing the design of a page and downloading videos. You can use them free of charge within a daily limit. Design analysis: without signing in, 1 analysis a day; with an account, 2 analyses. Videos can be downloaded only with an account, 3 a day. Days are counted in Moscow time. More analyses, and videos in 2K and 4K, come with the paid Pro plan: its prices and periods are on the «Тарифы» page (in Russian), and the rules of paying are below.

By using the site you accept these terms. We do not ask you to confirm them separately: at sign-in we only ask for your consent to the processing of your data under the privacy policy.

What the service does

The “AI-ready design system” tool opens the page at your link the way a visitor who is not signed in to that site sees it, measures its design — the palette, fonts, spacing and the structure of its sections — and takes screenshots of the page and of its sections. If the link leads to a template’s card in a catalogue (TemplateMonster, ThemeForest, Squarespace, the Wix gallery), the template’s demo is opened; if the page’s content is embedded through a frame, the frame’s page is.

By default the files the page loaded are saved as well: pictures, fonts, stylesheets, video and HTML code. The “original images” tick box turns this off. The page’s texts go into the skeleton.html frame and into the description of the sections.

An analysis runs only when you ask for it: we do not crawl or index sites ourselves. In one analysis our browser loads the page at least twice — as from a computer and as from a phone — scrolls it to the end, moves the pointer over the buttons and closes the cookie banner itself. For sites on Wix it also downloads the originals of the pictures at full size.

Our browser does not hide that a program drives it, and names itself “dobudem.ru” in its User-Agent header. We do not solve captchas or get past bot checks: if the site shows one, the analysis stops.

The “Download a video” tool takes a link to one video on VK Video, Rutube, Dzen or Mail.ru Video — a Yandex Video link to such a video too — shows its title, cover, length and the qualities it comes in, and for a visitor who is signed in downloads it from the site’s servers: as MP4 up to 1080p — on the paid plan in 2K and 4K too, when the video has such quality — or the sound alone as M4A. The video is not re-encoded — the quality is the one the site serves.

Only what the site shows without signing in is downloaded: public videos and videos open to anyone with the link. The service does not sign in to the sites’ accounts: it does not download private videos, videos behind a subscription or videos protected from copying, and does not get around protection. Playlists and whole channels are not downloaded — only one video per link. Without the paid plan a video may be no longer than 3 hours and a file no larger than 6 GB; on the paid plan the length has no limit, and a file may be up to 20 GB.

What you may and may not do

• The result of an analysis is a model for your own site. You may not publish the texts, photographs, logos or other material of the original as your own.
• You may use the original’s fonts only if their licence allows it. The service counts a font as free when it finds its name in the Google Fonts catalogue or another open catalogue, and can get it wrong, so check the licence yourself.
• A downloaded video is for watching yourself, for your own videos and for videos under an open licence. You may not upload other people’s videos, show them in public or pass them off as your own without the rights holder’s permission.
• You may not analyse sites or download videos in bulk, automatically or to get around the daily limit.
• You are responsible for how you use the result of an analysis and a downloaded video — including respecting the authors’ rights and the rules of the site the video came from.

How long results and videos are kept

Results stay on our server for up to 7 days from the analysis and are then deleted automatically. The period is a site setting: it can change, and the one in force is always stated here. If a result is handed to you ready because that address has been analysed before, it is deleted sooner: the period runs from the first analysis. The exception is the example on the tool page: it is kept permanently.

We never publish the link to a result, and search engines do not index it. But it is not private: anyone who pastes the same address with the same settings while the result is kept gets the same ready result at the same link. The link opens the report and both archives, so sharing it shares all of that.

We do not guarantee that a result is kept and may delete it sooner: after a justified complaint from a rights holder (see “For rights holders”), if the account of whoever ran the analysis is deleted, if the retention period is shortened, or if the server is running out of room — then the oldest results go first, but never within an hour of the analysis. An archive you have downloaded stays with you.

We do not keep videos. The file is put together on the server when you ask for it and is deleted 30 minutes after it is ready — or sooner when the server is running out of room, but never within 10 minutes of the file being ready or last downloaded. If someone else asks for the same video in the same quality within that time, they get the same file — it does not count against their daily limit — and the period starts again. We never publish the link to the file, but it is not private: while the file is kept, anyone who has the link can download it. After a justified complaint from a rights holder we close the downloading of that video through our service: new downloads are refused, and a ready file is deleted within a minute. A file you have downloaded stays with you.

Payment

• Pro is sold on the Russian pages of the site, in Russian roubles; the plans page and the order page are in Russian.
• Pro is bought with a one-off payment through ЮMoney — by bank card or from a ЮMoney wallet. There are no automatic charges: the next period is paid only if you buy it again yourself.
• The price and the period are the ones shown on the «Тарифы» page at the moment you pressed «Купить» (Buy). The plan runs for the stated number of days from the payment. If you buy it again while it runs, the period is extended: the new days are added after the current ones end.
• The plan is switched on as soon as ЮMoney tells us about the payment — usually at once. If that has not happened, the order page has an «Я оплатил» (I have paid) button: we will check the payment by hand. An unpaid order is cancelled by itself after a day.
• You enter your card details on ЮMoney’s page; they never reach us.
• The plan is tied to the account. If you delete the account, the remaining period goes with it.
• If the plan has not switched on or something went wrong, write to dobudemru@gmail.com — we will sort it out and refund the money if need be.

Account

You sign in through Yandex ID or Google. These are two separate accounts even if the e-mail is the same: each has its own analyses and its own plan, and we do not merge them ourselves. You can delete your account at any time under “My account”. We may stop an account if it is used for mass automatic analysis or downloading, or to get around the daily limit: it can no longer start analyses or download videos, and the reason is shown in the “My data” file. If you believe this is a mistake, write to us.

The limits and the retention period may change without a new edition of these terms; the ones in force are always stated on this page.
